Update: I need some help, txt from Dominion cannot be displayed on my comp properly i.e. like this Ћ ®в«Ёзл© б®«¤ в, бЇ®б®Ўл© гЎЁў вм Ї® ЇаЁЄ §г I have 7 translators waiting on txt to translate from dominion but cant start on it because the txt formating is wrong!!!
I have installed all the cyrillic alphabets on my pc and dont understand why is is going wrong!! any ideas?

Codepage 866 DOS Russian + maybe Fallout codepage features. It's popular russian codepage. If it's trouble, and you can't solve by this utilities, i can make again codepages for RN. If it's necessary.

Thanks, I tried installing these Codepage 866 DOS Russian into my fonts folder but windows dosnt like them:

I found this cyrillic converter http://www.convertcyrillic.com/Default.aspx as well, I still cant get it to worl, I am having this problem with AL and ALFTP to. I realy need some help here.

Okay I think I have work it out 
I used this program here:
http://www.brama.com/compute/windows/convert.zip
to convert 866 to iso then iso to 1251
Babelfish recognises this txt so I think it is right now?

Yes, it is. But do you know another feature about russian codepages in Fallout? I mean the symbol "*" (bold point in the message window), and LC codepage? Sad, but standart utilities is not for you  .
Try to use text editor Rules Notepad (english interface). I think, it's better. And this:

Hey dude101
Great work on putting a small team of translators together. It's one bigger things that the Fallout community missed most,
the Rus-Eng/Eng-Rus translators.
I wish all of the translators the best of luck and I wanted to let you know your is greatly apriciated !

Thanks Alan. I loaded that custom CP but I cannot work out how to load the fonts! the instructions are in Russian so its hard to work out.

It's no necessary to convert text codepages with RN - you can work in: save, modifity, copy & past from RN to another programs. You can add any standart codepage easy way - Tools > Options > CodePages & SyntaxHL > Add (and look in floders). Hm... Okay, I'm glad to help you.
Edit. Ответ на этот пост меня просто убил. Хотя, в принципе правильно, меня и на русском редко понимают...

Copy and paste works best, thanks very much Alan. I have been trying to work this out for days and its been realy pissing me off. I can get Team MIB translating dominion now.
7 Translators is still is not enough we need more.
