It's a false detection. Throw away your AV progs. Улыбка Or switch off any heuristic algorithms — they often give a false alerts. Checked with AVira — everything is OK. Besides, I do know, there are no viruses!

I ran test using Mcafee Stinger, set for 'very high' heursitic

I said: do not use heuristic. It has a bad habbit of giving a lot of false alarms.

About VirusTotal. 8/41 (19.5%) is not a guarantee there really is a virus. I used this exact program since 2003 and no AV prog ever detected a virus there. I can't do anything, except delete FRMEditor from this site, but I don't want to do this, because I do believe there is no viruses. I know the author. If you have any doubts: do not use this program.

PEiD reports: FrmEditor.exe = PECompact 1.68 - 1.84 -> Jeremy Collake.
This is a packer. And I found this document: http://www.bitsum.com/pec2av.htm
I think, antivirus developers, just forgot about version PECompact 1.68.
