Rewrite all parts with MFC from the scratch. Replace them with core C++ classes or use some cross-platform library — wxWidgets or Qt.

Trying to download http://alchemistslab.fatal.ru/fallout/dsp/sslc-WIP-20090409.rar it says "TeamX members only" and asks for login details. Could you upload the file somewhere else?

Download is locked on purpose. This Work-In-Progress version of the code is incomplete and has some buggy fragments. Nothing will be available for the public until current modifications are committed.
If you are interested in the full-functional build for Linux just wait.
