Topic says it all, zone in question is that Viper camp you get dragged in after trying to buy car in Hub, when exiting zone i get black screen and after minimising i see i have application error: c:\program files\interplay\fallout. When it first happend i played game with Fallout v.1.2 patch (semi-official), Fallout v.1.3.2 patch (unofficial), "Fallout NPC Mod" v.3.1 (TeamX, 2006), Fallout Update Mod" v1.2.5 (Pal, 2005) however i tried without them too and in some cases i just get same error and in some i can't load my save's. System is XP, installed game normal way and it worked without any patches.
Anything i can do or should i start over? Any other info i should provide?

That's the problem. This mod isn't compatible with the 1.3.2 patch and NPC Mod v3.1.

Don't visit Viper camp.
Install patch only (+ NPC Mod) or Fallout Update Mod only and start a new game. This will be better.
