I know the fallout palette is animated, as you can see from the screen shot of FrmEditor, the file I have open is the sample.frm I know you guys made the sample.frm that uses the animated colours, but I'm not sure how to do it. But every program I use to convert the bmp image file into a FRM adjusts these colours, so they are no longer animated. All other FRM Viewers display the animated colours as white. Any ideas? I've tried to send an email to Jochua (the guy who made FrameAnimator) asking if he can add support for this, but the email bounced back saying it was the wrong address. AFAIR, there are several (about 12) colours in the tail of the Fallout palette, which actual colours are set to pure white. But if some of the pixels of the resulting 8bpp FRM file are indexed with those pseudo-colours, they will be animated in the game. There must be three equal groups of such colours - one for animated red with different start phase shifts, one for green and one for blue.
