Hi, I like to asked about Fallout NPC Mod v.3.1 please? Do you have to start a new game if you use this mod? Why I asking is I am 1/2 half done the game and I like my NPC character to wear the latest armours & weapons. Also will this mod work with patch 1.3.2? Please let me know and thanks?

Yes, you have to start a new game.
Is working with 1.3.2.
