It's nearly 93% completed (there still are some bugs). Russian version is available for download.
AFAIK nobody's now translating AL into English. The problem is to separate added (or edited) files from all-other-mess, because Mynah hasn't noted changes and now nobody knows which msg's have to be translated and which msg's has corresponding english ones...
Ah, and SFMBE.
